Ingredients
- Beetroot - 3
- Olive Oil - 4 tbs
- Chicken Stock Cube - 1
- Water - 6 cups
- Potatoes - 3
- Cannellini Beans - 1 can
- Dill - Garnish

Instructions
- Chop the beetroot, add water and stock cube and cook for 15mins.
- Add the other ingredients and boil until soft.
- Finally add the beans and cook for 5mins.
- Serve in the soup pot.
